Competence and Experience

At our Development and Competence Centre in Wuppertal qualified, competent and experienced technicians and engineers work on new concepts, developing innovative and custom made elastomeric components and modules using the latest technologies, systems and machines for prototyping and creation of samples as well as tool and process engineering.

To develop and construct new products we use CATIA, ProE and Unigraphics work stations amongst others. The materials are developed in our own laboratory. We use testing equipment such as MTS, Schenck, Zwick, 3D measurement, test beds for half-axles and 3-axis tests.

If our customers experience their own production bottlenecks in these areas, VORWERK DRIVETEC also offers development and testing services.
